EventOn Event Seats Add-on

You need to install EventON plugin first, in order to use this addon. The Seats add-on for EventON allows you to convert your event tickets into interactive, handpicked seats from a map of seats.

Interactive Seat Map

Create an interactive seat map for your event, directly on the eventcard. Seat map is integrated with EventON Tickets addon to allow smooth checking out of event tickets.

Use Your Own Background

Upload a background designs to add interactive seats and position them based on the background.

Lightbox Driven Seat Map

You can show the seat map within the EventCard or have it popup in a clean on-focus lightbox with more space and less distractions.

Booths (Beta)

In version 1.2 we introduced Booths, which can be used to display trade show style vendors or cabins or food cart vendors etc. Booths are in Beta version and we hope to improve this more in the future :)

Individual Seat Prices

Set price for each seat or just set price for a whole section.

Limited Purchase Time

Set cart idle time, with a default of 10 minutes, that will clear seats from idle cart and make the seats available for others.

Handicap Accessible

Specify seats to be handicap accessible so customers can easily find those.

Unassigned Seats

Create seat sections where users can seat anywhere or stand – with limited capacity and custom ticket prices.

Areas of Interest

Make it easy for visitors to find where everything is at using areas of interest sections.

Reserved Seats

Easily mark seats as reserved seats and save them for your special guests, so others can not book them.

Create Unlimited Seats

You can create as many seat sections as you want. However big or small you want them to be.

Seat Legends

You can custom color default seat and seat legends help your visitors figure out what all the colored seats mean in the seat map.

Zooming & Panning

Visitors can easily zoom and pan the seat map chart and buy seats. Zooming and panning is also compatible on mobile.

Admin Seat Editor Experience

Enjoy the smooth admin seat editor experience for creating and updating seat maps.

Interactive Editor

Easily customize and create your seat map from the seat map editor on the wordpress admin side.

Seat Map Data Modifications

From seat map settings, you can download seat map data and make modifications to JSON data and upload map data or use on other events. You can also clear out seat map data or clear out all seat reservations.

Custom Sizes

Set custom seat map area size and seat size for the seat map to better accommodate your seat arrangement.

Checkin Guests Using QR Code

With QR Code addon, your attendees will get a QR code in their ticket confirmation email. When you scan the code at the gate, it will also reveal to you (the admin) seat information so you can guide them to their seat easily.
